Because it’s a little familia village, a bit like Rome’s Monti neighbourhood, we’ve always wanted to open a restaurant in Batignolles. Believe it or not, making ravioli by hand is pretty complicated work demanding a lot of preparation, a generous helping of talent and huge amount of organisation. We’ve created restaurants dedicated to those Italian rock stars called primi piatti. When it comes down to drinks, we put 30 Italian wines and every single tonic made in Italy on the menu. And since man can’t live on G&Ts alone, we also added all the greatest Tuscan wines to the mix, in a retrospective homage to the classics.
